dc.description.abstract | We propose an improved physical discharge model for a CO2 TEA laser. Results obtained from the model are compared with experimental observations. We also show how simulations of the excitation circuit and gas discharge can be used to improve the excitation circuit and optimize the energy transfer into the laser discharge. | |
