dc.description.abstractDiode mounting topologies for waveguide switches are presented and utilized to design and fabricate two evanescent-mode X-band modules of approximately 15 and 25% fractional bandwidth, comprising two packaged PIN diodes, with varying isolation, insertion loss and VSWR. ©2007 IEEE.
