dc.description.abstractIt was found that 7-vinyldecyl acetate, a by-product of the synthesis of one of the constituents of the sex attractant of the false codling moth, Cryptophlebia leucotreta, effectively disrupts the attraction of male moths to virgin females or to synthetic lures.
