Abstract
The historical distribution of Cape mountain zebra included Klein Namaqualand, the Kamiesberg region, and the Van Rhynsdorp, Piketberg, and Clanwilliam districts in the W, the Cape Mountain ranges in the S and SW, and the Escarpment, Karoo region and adjacent parts of the Eastern Cape in the E. Potential relocation sites in national parks, provincial, locally subsidized and private nature reserves and in areas managed by the Department Environmental Affairs are identified. -from English summary
