| dc.description.abstract | A case of papillary thyroid carcinoma arising in a thyroglossal duct cyst is reported. The tumour is rare and is usually not suspected pre-operatively, and it is almost invariably only on histological examination that it is diagnosed as malignant. The clinical and pathological features are reviewed and management is discussed. | |
