dc.description.abstractWe describe the findings in a young man with unilateral absence of the right pulmonary artery and a child with unilateral absence of the left pulmonary artery and contralateral peripheral stenosis of the pulmonary artery. A brief review of the literature highlights the need to identify and correct the anomaly.
