Abstract
This is a rare case of an isolated right ventricular infarction (RVI), presenting with cardiogenic shock and an electrocardiograph (ECG) mimicking a large anterior myocardial infarction. The patient was treated successfully with primary percutaneous coronary intervention to a sub-totally occluded co-dominant right coronary artery (RCA).
