dc.description.abstractNew media are providing us with an abundance of information. Today’s managers obtain their news from websites, e-newsletters, RSS feeds and podcasts. But too much information can be overwhelming, causing people to return to their comfort zones of printed media. Hence, the ability to distinguish between useless and useful information has become a key management skill.en_ZA
