dc.description.abstractAn experimental technique to accurately determine admittance parameters of electrically short monopoles is presented. Measurements were taken using an HP 8510C network analyser in the frequency range 45 MHz to 3 GHz. The experimental results compare well with numerical predictions. Both bare and insulated monopoles were studied.
