Abstract
ENGLISH ABSTRACT: In quality control and in Research and Development, testing error is a vital concern because it interferes with the ability to measure the difference between materials. Procedures for determining the repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy of the measurement system were investigated, and it was found that several statistical methods developed for, and applied to, production processes may also be used to control the quality of the measurement process. The construction and interpretation of control charts used to control the accuracy of measurements and calibrations are explained.
