Abstract
We present a 5-month-old boy with bridging bronchus associated with a sling left pulmonary artery, both of which are rare. Coronal CT using 3-D volume rendering technique was used to delineate the abnormality and plan surgery. We propose that this technique could be used as single diagnostic tool in a child who presents, as children with this anomaly do, with chronic or recurrent lower respiratory tract infections. © 2008 Springer-Verlag.
