Abstract
Interpretation of the electrocardiogram (ECG) is extremely helpful in distinguishing between the different forms of dextrocardia. The patient in this report had agenesis of the right lung and dextroposition; the ECG mimicked mirror-image dextrocardia, with elements of dextroversion also present.
