Abstract
A3-year-old boy infected with HIV presented with progressive dyspnea and upper airway obstruction necessitating airway stenting. Chest radiography revealed bilateral alveolar opacification and chylothoraces. Postmortem examination confirmed disseminated Kaposi sarcoma with infiltration of the thoracic duct.
