ENGLISH ABSTRACT: This study describes:
(a) the isolation ยท of ovine adrenal cytochrome P-450
reductase,
(b) the preparation of , antibodies against this enzyme and
(c) comparitive immunochemical studies with ovine' liver and
.bovine. adrenal cytochrome P-450 'reductases
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Hierdie studie beskryf: (a) die isolering van skaap bynier sitochroom P-450 reduktase, (b) die opwekking van antiliggame teen hierdie ensiem en (c) vergelykende immunochemiese studies met skaap lewer- en bees bynier sitochroom P-450 reduktase.
