CITATION: Owens, C. J. W., Labuschagne, I. L. & Lombard, M. J. 2012. The basics of prescribing infant formulas. South African Family Practice, 54(1):25-30.
The original publication is available at http://www.safpj.co.za
All infant formulas must support the normal growth and development of infants, and this needs to be scientifically demonstrated.
