Fighting change with change : a process for re-engineering an enterprise

Abstract
Many organisations have realised that continuous change is a prerequisite to success. The problem however, is that 70% of change initiatives that are launched by organisations fail to deliver the benefits they were intended to provide. The aim of this study is to solve this very serious and common problem by developing a practical and easy to follow enterprise engineering process that any commercial organisation can use to successfully implement radical change.
