Invitation to the Berlin 10 Open Access Conference in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The conference is an international forum and this is the first time in history that the conference is hosted in Africa. The conference is based on open acces and the dissemination of research output using the internet as a medium. In bridging the divide the Berlin Declaration of Open Acces to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities, created the platform for scientists in sharing reseach output.
