| dc.description.abstract | The relationship between job involvement, job satisfaction and job performance has been investigated. Differences in job involvement between the sexes and between full day and half day female employees were also researched. Two questionnaires and a graphic rating scale were applied to a sample of 164 clerical employees. Job involvement correlated significantly and positively with job performance and also with the different dimensions of job satisfaction. No significant differences regarding job involvement were found between the sexes and between full day and half day female employees. Conclusions are drawn from the results obtained and recommendations are made for future research. | en_ZA |
