The Fwe of the Eastern Caprivi Zipfel : a study of their historical and geographical background, tribal structure and legal system, with special reference to Fwe family law and succession

Abstract

A detailed account of the geography, history and demography of the Caprivi was compiled and in addition an investigation of the Fwe kinship structure and social organization and their judicial process was carried out. This study provided a framework within which Fwe law operates.
