Abstract
Tuberculosis presenting during the neonatal period is uncommon, but does occur and may prove fatal if not diagnosed in a timely manner. We describe four such cases and draw attention to urogenital tuberculosis in the mother as a possible source of infection to be sought, particularly if the mother's chest radiograph is negative.
