An explanation of the unusual electrocardiographic findings in a patient with pulmonary agenesis and dextrocardia

Interpretation of the electrocardiogram (ECG) is extremely helpful in distinguishing between the different forms of dextrocardia. The patient in this report had agenesis of the right lung and dextroposition; the ECG mimicked mirror-image dextrocardia, with elements of dextroversion also present.
